How tier advancement works

A quick refresher, in plain terms.

Your Sales number is the big one. Hit it every single week — 6 weeks in a row, no exceptions. Miss it once, and the count starts over.
Everything else has a little wiggle room. Utilization, Rebooking, Retail, Mixed %, and Consult Card (where it applies) just need to be on target 5 out of those 6 weeks, not all 6.
Do that consistently, and the numbers say you're ready. That's when it's time to talk to your manager about moving up.
A few things aren't in this app yet. Reviews, training requirements, and anything else outside your weekly numbers still get checked separately before a move up is final.
